FUNDRAISING

About our fundraising programs…

The Music Department sponsors fundraising programs during the 2023-2024 school year. Our fundraising programs assist students in deferring the costs of upcoming performance tours and trips. Money that is fundraised by an individual remains accessible only to that individual. For student account balances, please contact any Music Department staff member – information may take up to 48 hours to retrieve.

Our first fundraising program, Ashley Farms Cheesecakes, will begin on Monday, September 18, 2023 and conclude on Monday, October 2, 2023.

Details will continue to be posted as soon as we have them.

Frequently Asked Questions for all fundraising programs

1. Is my child required to fundraise?
No, our fundraising program is “voluntary.” NO student is obligated to participate in our fundraising programs. We offer these programs to assist families with the potential costs of extended performance trips. A student or their parents/guardians can decide whether or not to participate in any of our fundraisers.
2. Who benefits from the fundraising?
Funds raised by a student will only be used for said student. Transfers can only occur between siblings.
3. How long does the fundraising program last?
Fundraisers usually have a two week span from start to finish.
4. When should money be collected?
Products are pre-sold, then ordered. Money is collected when placing the order, not at delivery.
5. When will the orders arrive?
On average, orders are received at the school within four to eight weeks.
6. Who delivers the order to the buyer?
Students will pick up product on a designated delivery day, and are responsible for delivering product to the buyer in a timely manner.
