The 2014-2015 season marks Mr. Imparato's second year with the Cresskill High School Marching Band.
Mr. Imparato brings an eclectic knowledge of percussion techniques ranging from marching percussion to jazz and rock drum set and concert percussion. A student of music performance and jazz education, Mr. Imparato has attended University of Miami as well as William Paterson University.
Mr. Imparato is an accomplished percussionist and drum set player, currently serving as the drummer for the One More Once Big Band while freelancing with many other bands in various styles including jazz, pop/rock, doo-wop and punk. Mr. Imparato is a part of the staff at the Cresskill Summer Music Program as well as the Menconi Music Studio in Clifton, NJ. He has performed with well-known jazz artists such as Dave Stryker, Rufus Reid, Wycliffe Gordon, Pete McGuinness, Denis Diblasio, Kenny Davis and Ralph Bowen.
